We're Growing!

Hi!

We would like to announce that our family of five...

...is GROWING!

Yup, we are adding a spring chicken to our brood!

Well, not really a chicken but a baby.

This news may come as little surprise to you if you know us well enough. However, it's funny how every pregnancy feels as new as the first, especially when we see that little gummy bear on the ultrasound screen. This precious addition to our family is an answer to prayer. It has not been an easy first trimester  though. Actually, it's been tough enough for us to momentarily contemplate naming this child "Storm!" 

The girls are very excited. Annaliese runs up to my tummy every day asking about the baby. Lilia takes extra care when climbing on me saying that she doesn't want to hurt the baby. Gabriella, on the other hand, just likes finding my belly button with glee. They are all quite the little mommies to their baby dolls so we have no doubt that this little lad or lass will be well tended too!

Oh, speaking of the little one. Here is a picture of him or her. Baby is a wee bit bigger than a grape right now, about the size of a kumquat! Safe and Sound. Our little miracle.

The question still remains though: Will it be a boy or a girl? 

Is our family destined to raise little princesses? Or, will we potentially have a baby boy to bookend our troop? We have decided to find out as soon as we can! Just as long as the babe cooperates we'll share the news sometime this fall.

Undoubtedly, our princesses would love another little sister to join their bunch.

But, if this is a little brother, that might be just what we all need to 

stir things up a bit.

Undoubtedly, we'll be completely happy either way!

Baby is due March 25th, 2014. Our spring baby.

Fun fact: This will give us a baby in every season!
